How long does it take to complete an order?

Custom orders take 3 to 5 days to process, depending on the item purchased. We do provide express processing with next-day delivery for an additional fee.

Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?

All Mboka Doba merchandise goes through a strict quality check before leaving our production facility. For international/custom orders, inspection before delivery isn’t possible due to shipping and logistics.

However, we provide detailed product descriptions, size charts, and design confirmations prior to production, and in some cases we can share photos or sample images before dispatch. Once your order arrives, we recommend checking it immediately and contacting us within 7 days if you notice any issues.

This way, we ensure consistency, protect the integrity of custom production, and keep your experience smooth from start to finish.

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

We take great care to ensure every Mboka Doba custom piece meets our quality standards. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear details and photos.

Because custom items are made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or does not match the confirmed design specifications. In such cases, we will work with you to provide a replacement or suitable solution.

Our goal is to make sure you’re satisfied while keeping the integrity of custom production.

How long does shipping usually take?

Once payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch your order promptly. Standard shipping typically takes 8–9 business days for delivery.

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, or courier service. We’ll always provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your order in real time.

Are custom orders refundable or exchangeable? 

Because each Mboka Doba custom piece is made specifically to your order, we do not accept refunds or exchanges once production has started.

The only exception is if the product arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or does not match the confirmed design specifications. In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll review the issue and provide a suitable solution (such as a replacement).
